Who We Are
A great deal of what P cafe does happens before the doors open. We source produce fresh for the day rather than for the week, beginning our prep work early each morning to ensure everything meets our standards. When something isn't quite right, we simply don't serve it—which is why a dish is occasionally unavailable, and we'd rather be honest with you than offer something we're not proud of. Cooking to order takes a few minutes longer, but it tastes like the care we've put into it.

Tell the kitchen how you like it and most dishes can be adjusted. Where changing it would change the dish, the staff will say so.
