Who We Are
A great deal of what P Cafe does happens before the doors open. Fresh produce is thoughtfully selected each day rather than stocked for the week, our team begins their careful preparation early, and anything that falls short of our standards simply doesn't make it to your table. This is why you might occasionally find a dish unavailable—we'd much rather be honest with you than serve something we're not completely proud of. When you order, we cook to your request, which takes a few moments longer, but the difference in taste and freshness is unmistakable.
